I loved the spacious, clean room and the super convenient location right in front of the ADO bus station! But man, the loud noise at night from the bus station was a bit much 😅

The location was super convenient, right in front of the bus station! But, like, the bathroom was really cramped and annoying. The staff was chill and helped out when I needed it, but it would've been cool if they had more breakfast options. Just a little more attention to detail would go a long way!

The location right across from the ADO bus station makes it super convenient for travel. My room was clean and the bed nice and comfortable. I appreciated that they communicated well when we faced a room issue. They handled it promptly. The bathroom was quite small and having to open the shower door to sit on the toilet was a bit awkward. Noise from the street could be bothersome at times, especially if your room is positioned toward the road. Breakfast was decent, but I wish there were more options. I felt that the receptionists could be more cute. Their responses lacked warmth.

Organizing a late check-in was a challenge!!! Bathroom experience was frustrating due to slamming doors, small sink, uncomfortable shower!!! Room cleanliness needs attention as the floors were sticky and greasy!!!
